A sublet agreement should cover the basics like start and end date, rent amount, and signatures, as well as more complicated terms. These include terms that govern what happens if a subtenant defaults, refuses to leave or pay the rent, and how to handle security deposits. You should make sure all this information is correct in your agreement. You can do this by clicking on the "Sign your sublease" tab on the applicant dashboard and looking for the button that says "Edit" on the top right. It looks like this:
